How do I place an order on Ri Sheng's website?

It’s simple! Just browse our product categories, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to log in or create an account. Once you complete payment, we’ll handle the rest and deliver your groceries fresh to your doorstep.

Where do Ri Sheng’s vegetables and fruits come from?

Most of our vegetables are sourced directly from Cameron Highlands, Johor farms, and even our own Ri Sheng farm. We also import select fruits and grocery items from trusted suppliers in China, Japan, Australia, and Thailand to ensure variety and quality.

Are your products halal-certified?

Yes, most of our products are halal-certified. We maintain separate halal and non-halal areas, similar to traditional markets, to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and halal integrity.

Do you deliver across Johor Bahru?

Yes, we offer fast and reliable grocery delivery across Johor Bahru. You can check delivery availability at checkout by entering your address. We aim to deliver your groceries as fresh as possible.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 1–2 working days. During festive seasons or peak hours, delivery may take slightly longer, but we always strive to deliver on time and with freshness guaranteed.

What if a product is out of stock after I order?

In case any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you for a replacement option or provide a full refund for the item.

How does your membership points system work?

For every RM1 you spend, you earn 1 reward point. Points can be redeemed for free products, kitchen utensils, or groceries. There’s no expiry date for your points, and members get free bonus points on their birthday!

How do I sign up as a member?

Just click on the Sign Up button and enter your email and password to create an account. Once registered, you’ll automatically start earning points with every order you make.

What are your Festive Offers and how often do you run them?

We celebrate major Malaysian festivals like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Deepavali with exclusive Festive Offers. These include special grocery bundles, seasonal items, and limited-time discounts. Check our homepage monthly for updates!

What is your return or refund policy?

If you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect items, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, the minimum order for delivery is RM50. For orders below RM50, a small delivery fee may apply. Details will be shown at checkout.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Currently, delivery slots are based on area availability. While we can’t guarantee exact times, we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery periods where possible.
