- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted for fresh produce, chilled, frozen items, and other perishables.
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- To request a return or exchange, you must provide:
- A clear photo of the item(s) in question.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Request Timeframe
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours after delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Refunds and Compensation
- Products sold are generally non-refundable.
- If the issue is due to our error, we will offer:

- Compensation in the form of cash vouchers, depending on the situation.
- Cash refunds are rarely provided unless under exceptional circumstances.
