1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted for fresh produce, chilled, frozen items, and other perishables.
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • To request a return or exchange, you must provide:

    • A clear photo of the item(s) in question.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Request Timeframe

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours after delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Refunds and Compensation

  • Products sold are generally non-refundable.
  • If the issue is due to our error, we will offer:

    • An exchange of goods, or
    • Compensation in the form of cash vouchers, depending on the situation.
  • Cash refunds are rarely provided unless under exceptional circumstances.
