4. Ordering, Payment & Confirmation
- Orders can be placed online through the Platform.
- Payment must be made via our approved payment methods. Cash on Delivery is not accepted.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with a receipt.
- Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled unless agreed upon by us.

- We deliver within Johor Bahru only.
- Delivery times may vary based on factors such as traffic, weather, and order volume
- While we aim for same or next-day delivery, delays may occur and are not guaranteed.
- You must be available to receive the goods at the specified delivery location. If no one is available, redelivery is not guaranteed.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns on perishable items unless there is a verified issue (e.g., damaged, wrong, or missing items).
- You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery, with:
- Clear photos of the product(s)
- Receipt or order ID
- Description of the issue

- Refunds are not issued in cash. If the issue is due to our fault, compensation may be in the form of:
- Replacement item(s), or
- Cash voucher (store credit), at our discretion
